The customer is a large cigarette company in Indonesia, that wants to produce charcoal as a heat source for the boiler during the processing process. The employees of the company’s purchasing department who communicated directly with us will quote the price to their manager for decision-making. First of all, we first inquired about the raw materials used by customers and then introduced the corresponding machines of the company by understanding the production needs of customers. Through communication, we learned that the customer wanted to use coconut shells to produce charcoal.
